Novus Transformation Refund Policy

Welcome to the Novus Transformation Refund Policy.

    Supplement

    If you decide, within 21 days from the date your order was placed by you online, that you no longer want the product(s) you ordered, please follow these steps:

  • 1. Initiate A Refund Authorization (RA):

  • A Refund Authorization (RA) is required to return the Novus Transformation supplements. Novus Transformation support can be contacted through our email: [email protected].

  • 2. Return The Novus Transformation Product(s) That You Would Like To Refund:

  • Take the product(s) you would like a refund for to your nearest shipping facility (POS Laju, FedEx, DHL, etc) and deliver them to your personal coach’s address (see below). We will then email you a return slip with your RA number and list of goods to be returned. You must print out the documents, sign them, and attach the signed copy together with the products.

  • Please note that refunds will only be given for products that are returned. The RA number must accompany your return. This can be found on the return slip provided.

  • Novus Transformation is NOT responsible for stolen or lost packages, packages sent to the wrong address, or for refunding or replacing packages in these cases.

    The customer is responsible for filling all claims with the postal carrier. Novus Transformation is not responsible for any package(s) once it is in the hands of POS Laju, FedEx, DHL or any other carriers.

    Returns need to be received within 21 days from the RA issue date.

  •  3. Where To Send Novus Transformation Product(s) Returns:

  • Please send all items you would like to receive a refund for to:

  • 4. Shipping Costs

  • You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your product(s). We do not cover/reimburse for shipping costs for returns/exchanges.

    In addition, you are responsible for any reshipping costs & fees associated with orders, domestic or international, that are returned to us for either having an insufficient address, wrong address, unclaimed, et

  • 5. Refund Timeframe

  • Your refund will be processed once the product(s) you’ve returned have been received by our receiving department.

    Once the refund request is approved, in all cases, refunds will be made in the most convenient way (Example: Bank transfer or other refund method).

  •  6. Currency & Exchange Rates

  • For purchases made in Malaysia, you will be given the full 100% amount you paid. For international purchases, your refund amount will depend on the exchange rates during the time of processing and the differing product prices.

    Once the refund request is approved, in all cases, refunds will be made in the most convenient way (Example: Bank transfer or other refund method).

21 Days Live Coaching

  • NOVUS Refund Policy

  • We do not offer an "anything goes" guarantee as we are not interested in taking on excuse makers as clients.

  • How to qualify for a refund:

  • There are two specific steps to qualify for the “action takers” guarantee:

    Step 1: One must have completed at least 85% of the homework required by the program. This includes your learning knowledge of training videos, participation in the exercise programs and participation in your food, shakes and water posting. Our system automatically tracks this data in our back end members area.

    1. Video contents: Must have at least watched 85% of our videos (ALL video content we provide: Daily Dose, Weekly Dose, Orientation videos, Novus 101) up to the day you issued a refund request) E.g. If it is currently Day 12 of the program there are a total of 20 videos that were released for viewing up to that day, then the customer must have watched a minimum of 17 videos. 
    2. Posting: Must post at least 85% of the 5 meals, shakes and snacks / day for coaches to evaluate and know how well the customer is doing. 
    3. Adherence to meal plan: 50% adherence to meal plan.
    4. MUST follow the program instructions given by coach closely: a) Replacement of two meals (breakfast and dinner) with our nutrition provided, along with the allocated amount of supplements by his/her personal coach (instructions on the number of scoops and capfuls for the supplements provided). b) The timing of food and snack consumption declared in the coaching group through picture posting (1 hour time gap minimum for product consumption – e.g. lunch time declared with food posting, snack time, shake time, breakfast golden hour, etc).
    5. Coaching: Follow instructions (85%)

    Step 2: You must declare to your coach via email on any health or physical challenges you have which may deter you from the 85% of participation stated above. After reviewing your challenges, your coach will inform you if you are eligible to participate in our program. If Novus Transformation allows your participation, then you are omitted from that category of participation (example: Physical inability to participate in physical exercise). Our coaches will decide on a case to case basis if the money back guarantee applies to these categories of customers who choose to declare their challenges. We will see if it fits our requirement of giving the training an honest shot. We have used a lot of time and effort to prepare the priceless resources to coach every individual to grow and to be successful. Therefore, we advise that participants go through all solid portions of the training.  

    These 2 steps are in place to set up an environment where our clients are held accountable to their commitment of getting results, which is why our success rate is so much higher than industry standards. 

  • Credit Card Dispute Important Legal Disclaimer:

  • Even though there is almost no chance this would ever apply to you, our attorney required us to share this information. 

    In the extreme event a customer has not qualified for a refund and contacts their credit card company / bank to file a dispute, they will be met with immediate legal action as we will receive a notification that same day.   

    In these rare cases the email, name, IP address, and all login information is submitted to the bank dispute department along with a fraud case against the customer which can lead to the customer being dropped by the credit card company or bank for attempting to defraud the credit card company, bank, and Novus Transformation.

  • Novus Transformation Coaching

  • In order for Novus Transformation Coaching program to be successful: Novus has invested in you, including but not limited to supplying all content & materials, booking our Personal Coaches to bring Live content weekly and creating unique and detailed lessons for each Dimension of the challenge. We are moderating and maintaining each coaching group for your success, and managing schedules & submissions of each participant. All your Coaches have invested in you. Most importantly, we need YOU to invest in yourself, including committing 100% in the program.

    Because we – Novus Transformation, your Coaches, and You – are ALL IN, there will be no refunds for any reason, if you decide to disengage from your challenge for any reason after the challenge has begun. You will remain liable for the entire amount. The Live Challenge is non-transferable; but, if you have any personal issues like migrating to another country, pregnancy, health challenges, or with a doctor's letter proving that you are unfit to participate, you can email us and submit the necessary documents. We may allow you to postpone your participation in the Live coaching group, but we will decide if the Money Back Guarantee still applies if your postponement is more than 21 days.
